Background: Keith doesn't really talk about himself much, but others have noticed he has peculiar scars on his wrists, and he has said he moved from across the country. Also, what's with the sunglasses?
Bio: Quiet and generally secretive, he doesn't talk much, but out of the blue he'll do something outrageous that surprises everyone. Most see him as pretty bland. He smokes all the time, but won't admit he's addicted. His secret wish is to be a rock star. He's generally smiley, and doesn't want to trouble others with his existence. He's mostly just there.
Relationships: He genuinely appreciates people, he'd rather be with any sort of people than alone.
He was working as a life guard when he met Roy, saving him from drowning. The two started talking, and got along quite well. He gave Roy a ride home on his Vespa, and ran into Davis and Flora, who he knew in kindergarden. He just sort of started hanging out with them since then.
One day he announced he was engaged to a woman twenty years his senior, and the two seemed to genuinely get along, but it was more platonic than anything and she broke it off after three months.
